Debate Central was recently made aware of an opportunity for high school and college debaters to win prizes while honing their debate skills!

 

Binghamton University will be hosting its 3rd Annual Online Debate Tournament, beginning on April 13th. The tournament is free to enter, and open to any high school or college student anywhere in the world. Competitors will post videos of their speeches online for judging.

This year’s topic is “This house believes that prisons should be abolished.”

 

1st place will receive a $100 Amazon gift card. Other prizes include t-shirts, books, and more.

 

You must register by April 10th to participate, and your first debate videos will be due on April 13th.
